At Half Acres Primary School we are proud of our test and assessment results.  Results are generally in line with or above national outcomes and children make very good progress during their time with us.

EYFS Data – summer 2017 

  • Good level of development (GLD) for the school is 74%

GLD nationally in 2016 was 69%

Year 1 Phonics – summer 2017

87% of the y1 cohort achieved the expected level in phonics compared to 81% nationally

Key Stage 1 data – summer 2017

Reading

70% of children in school achieved at the Expected Standard (EXS) - 2017 national was 76%. 

28% in school achieved greater depth (GD) – 2017 national was 25%.

Writing

70% of children in school achieved at the Expected Standard (EXS) - 2017 national was 68%. 

23% in school achieved greater depth (GD) – 2017 national was 16%.

Maths

77% of children in school achieved at the Expected Standard (EXS) - 2017 national was 75%. 

33% in school achieved greater depth (GD) – 2017 national was 21%.
